As the realty permitted by the Mabalacat Municipality for the business permit and completed all government requirements, RDP was signed the brokers accreditation of different developers such as Ayala Land, Robinsons Land Corporation, Masaito Homes, Crown Communities, Moldex Corp., Lakeshore Marketing Corp., Homewell/ Florida Residences, Globe Asiatique, Fil-Invest Corp., Taifu Realty Corp., St. Catherine Realty Corp., Hausland Realty Corp., and Sysco Corp. and Builders, Hausland Development Corp., and the SM Development Corp. Until now 2011, we are continually a business partners with all this developers nationwide. RDP has an exclusive group for in house agents selling exclusively for Robinsons Project in Pampanga and Capas Tarlac. The rest of their agents are selling all Pampanga projects and contineuosly hiring agents to be trained.

HISTORY

Ms. Ruby Dantes Parungao- Parent, is the owner and real estate broker of RDP REALTY & MARKETING. RDP was taken from her name initials. She passed the Comprehensive Real Estate Examination for Broker on November 27, 2004. She is a member of Metro Angeles Real Estate Board (MAREB) and Philippines Realtors Board (PAREB) from 2005 up to present. She was elected as Board Secretary of MAREB for 2008. She is also one of the incorporators of Metro Angeles Corp. of Realtors Board (MACREB). For 2010 up to 2011 she is the Vice President - External Affairs of Metro Angeles Real Estate Board and Member of Federation of Real Estate Board of Region 3. For 2011 , RDP was managed and owned by Filipino - American couple, Ruby Parungao Parent and Bruce Thomas Parent.  RDP real estate services is guaranteed 100% customer satisfaction.
